Another one on the way? This course is for experienced birthing couples who want to refresh their skills so they can birth again with dignity. Every pregnancy and every birth is different; give yourselves the time to focus in on this baby and this birth.

Another Bundle of Joy

This class series is for couples who have already given birth; the course includes:

what to expect during this birth
discussions of your birth plans and ample time to review relaxation techniques to help you give birth with dignity this time around (no matter what your prior birth experiences may have been like)
review of the many ways the birth partner can help the laboring mom to have a birth experience you will both be proud to share with others
factors to consider as you decide whether or not to include your older child(ren) in the birth experience
tips on how to prepare your family for the big changes ahead
a discussion of how to introduce your new baby to his big brother or big sister

The class series consists of 5 classes held once per week and the cost of the course is $100. This course is available anytime as a Learn at Home class. Please note: this class is only available in a Facts Only version due to time constraints.
