I offer compassionate support during your birth or postpartum, helping to create a positive, joyful experience. I focus on your preferences, in harmony with your values, and collaborate with your healthcare team. Breastfeeding help is also available. I will meet you at your birthplace, home, or via telehealth.

PARENTING classes & support groups

SCBP offers an array of virtual classes covering fertility and childbirth education, breastfeeding, and parent-child classes. Join an online support group to connect with other parents and learn in a supportive environment. In-person classes and support groups available for Twin Cities area families.
