These webinars are open to any expectant mother and to couples planning to seek pregnancy.

This FREE class explains how to find and recognize a health care provider who practices according to the midwifery model of care, the benefits of midwifery care, and how to find a doctor who practices according to the midwifery model of care, if needed. Midwives will be present to answer your questions about midwifery care. Ideal for preconception and during the first trimester, but all pregnant moms and their partners curious about midwifery care are welcome!

You will come away with a practical plan for eating a nourishing, traditional diet. You will also learn strategies to cope with morning sickness. Exercising ExpectantlyOne of the best choices you can make during your pregnancy is to keep moving! Learn the benefits of exercise, how to exercise safely during pregnancy, warning signs, and special exercises that help prepare your body for the big day: your baby's Birth Day! Note: this is not a prenatal fitness class, but an informational class about prenatal exercise. Ideal during the first trimester, but all pregnant moms are welcome!
