Every birthing mother deserves support and encouragement! Here's what you get with a St. Croix Birth & Parenting doula:
- A professionally trained and certified birth doula
- A compassionate, knowledgeable Catholic Christian doula in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area
- Continuous support during the birth, starting when the birth process becomes active, through the birth, until 1-2 hours after your baby is born
- Unlimited emails and texts during your pregnancy; phone calls welcome between 9 am and 9 pm
- Your doula goes "on call" a month prior to your baby's estimated date of birth; phone calls welcome at any time!
- 2 prenatal visits to help you develop your birth vision, discuss options, ask questions, and build a supportive relationship with your doula
- Lactation support in the first hour or two after your birth, if desired
- St. Croix Birth doula families receive a generous 25% discount off all of our classes and services
- Payment plans available
