This blend of dried cramp bark, dried blue cohosh root, and dried hops flowers, when prepared as an infusion, was formulated by Susan S. Weed to relieve the pain of uterine contractions following childbirth.  Native American women used cramp bark to relieve painful cramping.  Blue cohosh has been used to help the uterus contract more effectively and efficiently, thus helping to shorten the amount of time it takes for your uterus to involute (return to its pre-pregnant size).  Hops flowers, used in the brewing of beer, have a calming effect and have been used to increase breastmilk production.  Do not take during pregnancy or childbirth.  Believed to be safe during breastfeeding; consult with a health care provider prior to use.  Included are complete instructions for preparation and use, and cautions.  1.75 oz.
