Christelle's completely updated signature parenting course for growing Catholic parents, the Complete Catholic Parenting Course is a nine-week online or in-person course featuring Christelle's evidence-based "Birth Together" relaxation method that can be used in any birth setting. The "Birth Together" method is the first birth method that incorporates both husband and wife working together to birth your baby in ways that fit your unique personalities. This course covers everything from healthy pregnancy, natural birth techniques, breastfeeding, newborn care, and responsive parenting, with lots of important discussions based in our rich Catholic tradition!
Nine classes, 2 hours each
Classes generally meet three times per month to allow for sicknesses, holidays, etc.
While we recommend you take this course with your spouse, you are welcome to take the course as an individual if that works best for you. The fee covers both the birthing mother and your spouse (or the birth companion of your choice).
