This chart booklet, intended for women with cycle lengths up to 36 days, contains 13 full-color fertility charts for recording basal body temperature, cervical fluid, and other signs of fertility and more. If you are cycling regularly, this booklet should give you about one year's worth of charts. Included is a detailed page of descriptions with symbols to use when recording and interpreting your signs of fertility, and a page where you can list charting statistics such as shortest and longest cycles, and lengths of each phase within the fertility cycle. You (and your fertility counselor, if you choose, a service available from St. Croix Birth & Parenting) can use the information to assess your fertility and health, and help you determine if you are potentially fertile or not at any given time. Unique among charting booklets, ours is bound in such a way that you can open the binding to remove charts for easy copying or sharing; or when you complete the 13 charts, you can refill with new charts, and easily pop closed again, without the expense of purchasing an additional booklet and with less waste.
