UNDERSTANDING YOUR Fertility After Birth

This class is the second session for women and couples in the Postpartum Program, who are learning the Fertility Matters Natural Fertility Monitoring System. The Fertility Matters Basics class must be taken first in order to fully understand the content in this class.

Fertility after Birth
If you have recently had a baby, this class is the next step in understanding how to observe, record, and interpret your signs of fertility during the often challenging postpartum time.  In this class you will learn:

• How to observe, record, and interpret your signs of fertility before your first menstrual period
• How to improve the chances of conception, if that is your goal
• Advanced rules for determining when you are fertile and infertile so that you can postpone pregnancy naturally, if that is your goal

Appropriate for:

• Couples with prior experience charting signs of fertility
• Postpartum, before your first menstrual period
• Postpartum, after your period returns (for the first 6 cycles)
• Nursing / breastfeeding moms
• Women under 40 years of age
